Firmsconsulting has been recognized as the leading case interview and career advisory firm for over two years. Each of our principals/services is highly regarded, and our firm is recognized around the world for our commitment to the representation of our clients’ interests. We have played a central role in how consultants are hired, how consultants are trained and how consultants manage their careers. We are not, and do not strive to be, the largest training firm measured by revenue or other finance metrics. Our goal is to be the firm of choice for clients with respect to their most important career decisions.

We admit and develop future consulting leaders through our selective admissions process, highly trained coaches who were all ex-principals, high expectations of our clients and bespoke training programs.

At Firmsconsulting, we hire only the most distinguished ex-principals from the world’s elite management consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain et al, while only appointing eminent client mentors who served as senior partners and/or worldwide practice leaders in said firms. We greatly value discretion and operate on a principled belief that our client list is best cultivated by non-solicited referrals. Our singular focus on career advisory means we forgo short-term revenue enhancing temptations, and rather seek to reinvent our core business for our clients benefit.

We promote fulfilment of a client’s objective, at the expense of short-term profit. We believe that maintaining a true partnership of the finest educated and trained ex-partners is the single, best manner of handling our clients’ career objectives.
