They Complain and Envy You

I have, in the past, reimagined my life on several occasions.

I was once a concert pianist representing my country in Europe.
I was once a corporate finance banker managing a portfolio of over a billion dollars.
I was once a singer, touring and performing at large concert halls.
I was once a management consultant, meeting with major CEOs and presenting to and being invited to dinners by billionaires.
I was once overweight.

If it’s not working, why not rewrite it?

If you change your identity and demand a rewritten version of your life, your brain will start searching for how to make this happen. You will start coming across opportunities to progress toward your goal.

It will come with a price, as everything does.

We have to love the problems that come with our dreams.

The issue is that most people are not willing even to change their identity, let alone pay the price for that reimagined life.

They do, however, find time to complain and envy you, a person who does the work they are unwilling to do.

Take care,
