You will receive access to the complete Speak Without Limits Elite training library, which previously required a $5,997 investment for two months of access. Now you will receive:
• Monthly 25-minute 1:1 session with me (This session can either be recorded so you/other members have access to recorded 1:1s with you in the membership area or it can be not recorded private session. Your choice.)
• The complete Speak Without Limits training library (Previously part of the $5,997 Elite program; additional training will be released based on the needs of the group.)
• Deep lessons from both Michael and me on voice, presence, structure, thinking, and communication under pressure (Our proprietary methodology.)
• Weekly implementation calls (three per month)
• Foundational speaking exercises and daily voice workouts

The training portion of the membership is divided into Voice, Vision and recordings of implementation work.
Voice: This portion of the training, which currently consists of 2 modules/15 lessons, focuses on covering foundational portion of our methodology on how to transform the way you speak so you come across as more trustworthy, authoritative, knowledgable, someone people feel comfortable following.
Vision: Vision portion covers Michael’s techniques 1-4 on what to say to come across as authoritative, including how to handle situations you are not prepared for. This portion consists of 4 lessons.
Workshop replays with Speak Without Limits clients: You will also get access to 9 workshop replays with groups of Speak Without Limits clients where you can see the methodology being applied by real people and see the transformation. Some of our group calls at that time used to run over 4 hours long. Since that time we broke our sessions into smaller groups to allow for shorter group calls.
You will join three calls each month, focused entirely on practical communication improvement. These calls are designed to help you apply the Speak Without Limits principles, identify specific issues you need to work on, and get clear on what you need to do to fix the communication issues in your particular situation.
These are working sessions and may include some additional training components. This is where you begin adjusting how you speak in your day-to-day environment.
The group is now divided into 2 subgroups, and calls occur mostly on Thursdays at 11 am PST and 4 pm PST. If future members will not be able to make this time we will redesign the timing of calls to make sure everyone is able to attend one of the weekly calls (3x a month).

Once the first iteration of the tool is completed, you will also receive access to an AI practice tool built specifically around the Speak Without Limits methodology. This tool allows you to rehearse, refine, and internalize the principles we teach: anytime, anywhere.

In addition to his recorded training, Michael will join some of the membership calls to provide context (currently it is planned that Michael will join one call each month but, knowing Michael he may show up more often), teach key principles, and give direct guidance to the group and individual participants. His presence lifts the level of discussion and helps members understand how senior executives structure communication.
