Flexibility for Your Journey: Short-Term Track or Long-Term Track

We understand that not everyone is ready to commit to a comprehensive 10-20 year plan. That’s why the MasterPlan Annual offers two distinct pathways tailored to your needs:

Short Term Track: If you’re looking to focus on immediate results, this track allows you to concentrate on pursuing a specific goal or resolving a pressing issue in your career this year. Whether it’s landing a promotion, enhancing a skill, or navigating a transition, you’ll receive dedicated support and actionable strategies to achieve fast results.

Long Term Track: For those who aim to design a comprehensive strategy for their future, the long-term track emphasizes the foundational skills and insights required for sustained growth and transformation over the next decade or more. You’ll develop a strategic roadmap that prepares you for your evolving career aspirations.

No matter which track you choose, you’ll have the benefit of our infrastructure and support to help you maximize your potential and turn your aspirations into accomplishments.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Those are questions clients had before joining.

Is the cost worth it?

One client put it this way: his biggest hesitation was “cost, obviously, justifying the cost.” He said the cost seemed quite reasonable considering the benefits, but “it’s not something trivial, especially if you’re going to make a year-long commitment.” What helped him was asking himself a different question: “Am I worthy of spending this kind of money on something that I’ve been wrestling with for a long time?” He enrolled. He said he is glad he did.

Another client said she had been “thinking about what I’m going to do for the next 10 to 20 years” and “wanted to be very careful what I spent my time on and my money on.” When she read about the program, she said it “touched my heart.” She enrolled, and she is happy she did.

I don’t want to sign up for a year and not make enough progress. How do I know it will work?

This is one of the most common hesitations. One client said initially she kept asking herself: “Is it worth staying? What can I do to change this? Because if I keep having the same feeling and the same experience for a year, then I was doubtful of making a lot of progress.” She said that feeling didn’t last. Every time she showed up, she never left with that feeling. And the shift she noticed first was not even about the methodology; it was that she started looking forward to the sessions themselves. That was the first sign for her that things were working.

What if my situation is too specific or doesn’t fit the program?

One client felt his problem was “a little more unique” and that when it was his turn, he was “taking everyone’s time and going into a specific corner.” What he found was the opposite. He said the program helped him most with “the mindset and how to frame the approach to life.” He also said what he appreciated was “having someone point out everything with honesty and a desire to help” because “you may know yourself, but it’s very difficult to tape yourself and critique yourself.” Someone who has seen a lot of other people go through similar problems is more able to point it out and present it in a way you can actually use.

Will I be able to keep up? I have a full life (work, kids, obligations).

Several clients raised this. One said her hesitation was “the time and the money,” she is a full-time employee with kids, and was worried about scheduling conflicts. We worked around it. We find time that works best for the group, and for clients where there is a scheduling conflict, we find an individual solution. For Speak Without Limits, for example, we ended up splitting the group into 2 groups to accommodate everyone. Another client said it was “balancing out the work I’m doing in my own life,” not just finding time for the calls, but also time to implement. She said the difference between doing the work casually and doing it intentionally was significant. Both are manageable. You do not need to do everything perfectly. You just need to show up and we will guide you.

I’ve tried other programs before, and they didn’t work. Will this be different?

One client said this was her fifth program to solve a particular problem. Her biggest doubt was whether it would be “effective and worth the investment.” At least one of the previous programs she called “complete garbage.” What surprised her was “how big of a difference it is and how unique this program is, the tactics and methods are so different from what I’ve seen before.” This is what long-time members and clients know very well because we are known for having very unique and powerful, internally designed approaches, methodologies, and techniques that are then battle-tested and only then used with clients.

I have been following FirmsConsulting for a long time but never taken the step. Why now?

One client said, “The trust I’ve gotten through the actual subscriptions I made with FIRMSConsulting made it that much easier to make the decision.” He said once he read through the entire email, he signed up by the time he got to the end. He also said: “I don’t want to live the ‘what if’ life. What if I had taken that coaching program? What if I had made the investment? I don’t want to have to ask myself that question in the future.”

If you have been following us for a while, you already know how we think and how we work. The question is not really whether you trust us. The question is whether you are ready to trust yourself enough to invest in where you are going.

I am an introvert. Will a group format work for me?

Several clients in our programs have said this. One described herself as shy and introverted and was not sure the format would suit her. Both Michael and I are introverts, and we know what it takes to make a program work for someone who is an introvert. This particular client said the group felt safe, and that safety was actually what allowed her to connect with herself more deeply than she had in a long time. She said she stopped dreading the sessions and started genuinely looking forward to them. Being an introvert does not mean you cannot benefit from a group, it often means you have a lot going on internally that, once the right environment exists, comes out very naturally and easily. That is something we see again and again.

Is this a course I watch, or is it real coaching?

It is real coaching. You are not buying access to a library of content to watch on your own. Although you will also gain access to powerful training you can watch on your own. You are getting direct, individual input from us on your specific situation. One client described what made the difference for him was having someone point out everything with honesty and a desire to help, because you may know yourself, but it is very difficult to observe yourself from the outside and know what you are missing. Someone who has worked with a lot of people in similar situations can see things you cannot see about yourself. That is what this program provides. The materials and resources support the work, but the work itself happens in the sessions.

What if my life or schedule changes during the year?

This came up for several clients before they joined. One was worried about time zones and whether she could commit for a full year, knowing there might be scheduling conflicts. We worked around it and found an option that worked for this client. Another said she was a full-time employee with kids and was worried about fitting everything in. The answer is that we will always have something going on. We find solutions when scheduling is difficult, for one program we have split groups into smaller subgroups. For another program, we found individual solutions when needed. What matters is your commitment to the program. You do not need to do everything perfectly. You just need to show up, and we will find an option that accommodates your schedule. And you will not miss anything because replays of group calls are accessible during the duration of the program.
